Maldives Advances Rasmalé Development and Housing Plans

The government highlighted Rasmalé development priorities on 28 October, while the proposed 2027 budget allocated MVR 3 billion for housing projects and MVR 750 million for housing-loan equity support. HPC can support feasibility studies, property research, valuation and development planning.
